By accessing or using Guardian ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Guardian is an AI-powered scam detection and recovery assistance platform provided by Rebuild North. We analyze messages, URLs, and screenshots to help identify potential scams and provide guidance. We do not guarantee detection of all scams and are not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@rebuildnorth.com for billing questions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to submit illegal content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
Rebuild North is not liable for any financial losses resulting from scams that were not detected, or for actions you take based on Guardian's guidance. Our analysis is advisory only.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
